Data Deletion Request

Your Right to Data Deletion
VAUXX LLC respects your right to control your personal data. You may request the deletion of your personal information from our systems at any time. We will process your request in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other applicable regulations.
What Data Can Be Deleted
Upon a verified deletion request, we will delete or anonymize:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- SMS opt-in records and messaging history (subject to legal retention requirements)
- CRM contact records and interaction history
- Account credentials and profile information
- Any other personal data you have provided to us
Note: Some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes (e.g., TCPA requires SMS opt-in records to be retained for a minimum of 4 years). We will inform you of any such exceptions when processing your request.
How to Submit a Deletion Request
To request deletion of your data, please contact us using one of the following methods:

To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP to any message from us.
What to Include in Your Request
To help us process your request efficiently, please include:
- Your full name
- Email address associated with your account
- Phone number (if you have received SMS messages from us)
- A description of the data you would like deleted
Processing Timeline
We will acknowledge your deletion request within 5 business days and complete the deletion process within 30 days of receiving your verified request. If we need additional time, we will notify you and explain the reason for the delay.
